Accident Exchange Group PLC23 October 2006 Accident Exchange Group Plc ("the Company") The Company has been informed that Steve Evans, a director of the Company, hastoday transferred 1,150,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("theShares") to the SAE 2006 Discretionary Trust ("the Trust") for no consideration.The beneficiary of the Trust is Mr Evans' daughter, who is under the age ofeighteen. As trustees of the Trust, Mr Evans and his wife retain voting rightsover the Shares. Following the transfer, Steve Evans remains interested in 31,661,571 ordinaryshares of 5p each in the Company, representing approximately 45.26% of theCompany's issues share capital.
