The company received notification on 14 May 2015 that Pinelake International Limited had sold 439,862 shares at a price of 56.5p per share on 12 May 2015.

Louis Norval and Neno Haasbroek have a beneficial interest in Pinelake International Limited. Following the transaction their beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company were 200,623,237 and 149,774,493 shares respectively.‎
