Directors' Shareholdings

The Company announces that David Stirling, Managing Director of Zotefoams, has today sold 24,486 5p ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 105p per Share to meet the tax liability on the Ordinary Shares granted to him on 11 March 2010 (and already announced on 15 March 2010) under the Company's 2009 Share Bonus Plan.

Prior to 11 March 2010 David Stirling held 102,711 Ordinary Shares in the Company and following this transaction on 7 April 2010 David Stirling holds 144,445 Ordinary Shares.
