Notification under paragraphs 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules
Hill & Smith Holdings PLC ('Hill & Smith' or the 'Company') announces that it has today been notified that Mr D L Grove, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of Hill & Smith, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 29 May 2009 at 197.5 pence per share. These transactions were effected on the London Stock Exchange.
Following this purchase, Mr Grove is beneficially interested in 969,969 ordinary shares in the Company and has options over 13,119 ordinary shares.
