Director shareholding
Sabien (AIM: SNT), the manufacturer of the patented M2G energy saving devices, announces that it has been notified that Gus Orchard, the Company's Finance Director, today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 3.5 pence per share representing 0.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Gus Orchard does not hold any other Ordinary Shares.
