Director's Interest in the Shares of the Company
GB Group plc announces that on 9 December 2009, Richard Linford, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company at a price of 19.5 pence per share. Following the purchase, Mr Linford has a total beneficial holding of 200,000 ordinary shares which represents 0.23 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
