NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING
As a result of transactions on 27 June 2008 by the Company's Share Incentive Plan (an HMRC approved all employee share purchase plan), Phil Dutton and Giles Thorley, directors of the Company, as trustees of the Plan, became the non beneficial owners of 6,843 Ordinary Shares of the Company.
The Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) of the Company have the following additional interests as a result of their personal participation in the Plan:
