Director/PDMR Shareholding

Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. (the "Company") DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING The Company wishes to advise that Chief Executive Simon Emeny today exercisedoptions to subscribe for 26,198 `A' ordinary shares of 40p each in the Company,of which 2,007 options were granted to him in July 2006 at £4.98 per share;4,285 in July 2007 at £7.51 per share; 9,990 in July 2008 at £4.05 per share;and 9,916 in July 2009 at £4.80 per share. The shares were transferred to Mr.Emeny from the Company's Treasury Shares account. Mr Emeny then sold the shares resulting from the exercise on the London StockExchange at a price per share of £9.72. Following the transfer of 21,198 `A' ordinary shares from the Company'sTreasury Shares account on the above share options exercise and there-designation of 2,019 `C' ordinary shares into `A' ordinary shares approvedby the Board of Directors at its meeting on 29 January 2015, the issued sharecapital for `A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,518,679 of which 1,173,416(3.50%) are held in treasury.
