On 1 March 2006, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC ("the Company") receivednotification that:- Angela Wright, a PDMR had exercised options over 2,898, ordinary shares of 1pence each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's Save As You Earn Schemeat an exercise price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share.
