NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Dr Reuel Khoza, who is Chairman of Nedbank Group Limited and a non-executive director of Old Mutual plc, purchased 5,600 Nedbank Group Limited ordinary shares through his family trust on 22 June 2012 at a price of ZAR177.9564 per share. The total number of ordinary shares in Nedbank Group Limited in which Dr Khoza (together with his connected persons) is now beneficially interested is 14,774.
