Belvoir Lettings PLC (AIM: BLV), one of the UK's largest lettings franchises which listed on AIM in February 2012 and which has recently announced its maiden interim results, announces that Mike Goddard, Executive Chairman and founder, has today sold 600,000 Belvoir ordinary shares ("Belvoir Shares") at 88.5p per share in order to help satisfy significant institutional demand.
Following this disposal, Mike Goddard holds 9,203,922 Belvoir Shares, representing approximately 44.54% of Belvoir's issued share capital.
