Directors' dealings
As announced on 18 November 2009, the Directors intend to participate in the Fundraising through the subscription for 1,950,000 new ordinary shares at the placing price of 10p each. In aggregate they will invest £195,000 in the placing, being 12.5% of the Fundraising. The Directors' interests in the Company before and following completion of the Fundraising is set out in the table below.

Following the Fundraising, the total enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be 41,965,800 and no ordinary shares will be held in treasury. Therefore, following the Placing, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 41,965,800. The above figure may be used by shareholders in determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
