Persimmon PLC28 February 2006 Directors' Share Transactions Persimmon plc (the "Company") announces that it has today been informed that MrAdam Applegarth, non-executive Director bought 3,553 ordinary shares in theCompany on 28 February 2006, at an average price of 1397p. Also the Company wastoday informed that Mr Hamish Leslie Melville non-executive Director sold 50,000ordinary shares in the Company on 28 February 2006, at an average price of1393p.
