The Company was notified on 27 January 2009 of the following transaction by Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR").
On 27 January 2009, Steve Corcoran, Chief Executive of Speedy Hire, acquired 14,766 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price per share of 67p. Following this transaction, Steve Corcoran has an interest of 265,402 Shares representing 0.52% of the issued share capital of the Company.
On the same day, Patrick Rawnsley, Company Secretary of Speedy Hire, acquired 5,910 Shares at a price per share of 67p. Following this transaction, Patrick Rawnsley has an interest of 11,100 Shares representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Paul Conway, Group Financial Controller of Speedy Hire, acquired 8,865 Shares at a price per share of 67p. Following this transaction Paul Conway has an interest of 17,742 Shares representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
