ITM Power, the energy storage and clean fuel company, announces that Dr Graham Cooley, Chief Executive Officer of ITM Power acquired 16,666 Ordinary Shares in ITM Power at a price of 30p per share. Following this purchase, Dr. Cooley has an interest in 189,391 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
