Charles Taylor Consulting plc announces that on 10th April 2012 it was advised that, Mrs Catherine Ely, spouse of Mr Damian Ely, an Executive Director of the Company, on the 3rd and 4th of April 2012, disposed of 7,216 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 148p per ordinary share and acquired 7,111 Ordinary Shares into her personal ISA at 148.5p per ordinary share.
Following this announcement Mr Ely and his connected persons hold a total of 10,551 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.026% of the total voting rights of the company.
