Standard Life Aberdeen plc ('the Company') was advised on 18 October 2017 by Capita IRG Trustees Limited that on 18 October 2017 the Trustees of The Standard Life Share Plan ('SLSP') purchased ordinary shares of 122/9 pence each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange on behalf of the executive directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities listed below.
The shares were purchased as a result of the reinvestment of the 2017 interim dividend for participants in the SLSP. The purchase price was £4.31800 per share.
