Director's Dealings
The Board of Elektron announces that Keith Roy, Non Executive Director, yesterday purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 10.59 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Roy is now interested in 105,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.12 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
