The Company was notified on 16 May 2016 that on 13 May 2016, the PDMRs listed below acquired Ordinary Shares of £1 each as shown below. This was as a result of reinvestment of the 2015 final dividend paid in respect of their shares held through the Company’s all employee Sharebuild Plan (an HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan). The shares were acquired at a price of £4.675 per share.
