The Company has received notification that on 4 October 2016, Jane Shirley, a director of Cello Health, bought 2,331 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 107.4 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Jane Shirley holds 78,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
