Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 2 October 2014 Stephen Boyd, Chairman, purchased 9,000 shares in the Company at a price of £1.14 per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Boyd retains a holding in the Company of 171,666 shares.
