Director/PDMR Shareholding

Following the admission of 8.4 million new ordinary shares of 2p each today, the Company was notified today that Peter Johnson, Non-Executive Chairman, personally and through the 1989 Peter Johnson Settlement Trust and Huntress Nominees, has an unchanged beneficial interest of 50,721,066 Ordinary Shares, now representing 28.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has 177,752,475 ordinary shares of 2p each in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Park Group plc, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
