Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Harworth 2019 Restricted Share Plan ("RSP")
The Company announces that on 27 June 2025 awards under the rules of the RSP (structured as a nil-cost options) were granted to the individuals noted below.
Performance flexed RSP awards
"Performance flexed RSP awards" as described in the Company's Directors' Remuneration Report for the year ended 31 December 2024 and including a core award and an outperformance element as described in that report have been granted. The vesting of the core awards and outperformance element is subject to the criteria set out in the Directors' Remuneration Report, assessed over the three financial years 2025 - 2027. To the extent an award vests, it will then be subject to a holding period of two years.
Additional share award
An additional award under the RSP has been granted to Andrew Blackshaw which will vest following the announcement of the Company's final results for the financial year ending 31 December 2027, subject to the satisfaction of an underpin condition.
