The Company announces that the following share purchases were made by a Director of Bowleven plc:-

Kevin Hart, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company in the open market on 13 November at a price of 45 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Kevin Hart's total shareholding in the Company is 2,662,364 shares, representing 0.9% of the issued share capital of the Company as at today's date.
