Devro announces that on the 6th April 2010 Mr Paul Neep, a Non-Executive Director and a PDMR of the Company, acquired an interest in 5,755 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a cost of 169.046p per Share. Mr Paul Neep now has an interest in 179,749 Shares representing 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
