Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company announces that it received notification on 21 May 2018 that Ron Frasch, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 380 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 21 May 2018 at a price of 1982.50 pence per Share.

 

The Company also announces that it received notification today that Jeremy Darroch, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 2,000 Shares today at a price of 2001.00 pence per Share.
