Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
St. Modwen Properties PLC (the "Company") was informed on 20 February 2020 that on that date, the following transactions in ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") took place:
As part of their personal financial planning in relation to the purchase of a family home, Mark Allan, an executive director of the Company, and his wife, Joanna Hellen, undertook the following transactions:
§ Mark Allan transferred 10,554 Shares to be held on his behalf by Numis Nominees (Client) Limited, for nil consideration.
§ Joanna Hellen transferred 30,000 Shares to be held on her behalf by Numis Nominees (Client) Limited, for nil consideration.
§ Mark Allan sold 140,000 Shares held on his behalf by Numis Nominees (Client) Limited at a price of 513 pence per Share.
§ Joanna Hellen sold 12,000 Shares held on her behalf by Numis Nominees (Client) Limited at a price of 513 pence per Share.
