On 29 June 2010 the Company was notified that on 23 June 2010 Michael Queen, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 67,101 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company following the vesting of an award under The 3i Group Deferred Bonus Plan. The place of the above transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
