The Company received notice today that Sir Nigel Rudd (Chairman) has bought 4,890 shares and Lady Lesley Rudd (wife of Sir Nigel) bought 3,550 ordinary shares at a price of £3.0461.
Following this transaction, Sir Nigel's total beneficial holding, including those of his connected persons, is 239,200 shares.
