Notification of transactions of Director/Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons
The Company announces that on 20 May 2011 Tony Lenehan, Chief Executive Officer, was granted conditional nil-cost options under the Styles & Wood Group plc 2006 Performance Share Plan.
The options have been granted as follows:

The options are exercisable from 20 May 2014 to 20 May 2016 with exercise conditional upon the Company meeting performance targets set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company and which trigger vesting on an incremental scale.
