UBM plc (the "Company") was notified on 7 April 2016 of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") by a Director.

On 7 April 2016, Marina Wyatt was granted options under the Company's Sharesave Plan over 3,810 Ordinary Shares, with an exercise price of £4.724 per share. The options are exercisable subject to the Scheme Rules between 1 June 2019 and 30 November 2019.

This announcement is made following notifications made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R.
