Director/PDMR shareholding
Pursuant to Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, Lonmin Plc (the "Company") provides notification of the grant of nil-cost share options granted on 12 December 2018 under the Company's Annual Share Award Plan ("ASAP Awards") to:
· Ben Magara - Director and CEO
· Barrie van der Merwe - Director and CFO
· Tanya Chikanza - EVP Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications
· Thandeka Ncube - EVP Stakeholder Engagement and Regulatory Affairs
· Khaya Ngcwembe - EVP Human Resources
As in prior years, the participants' bonus paid under the Balanced Scorecard Bonus Plan is matched with an ASAP Award with a face value equivalent to the bonus. The ASAP Awards are settled in shares at the point of exercise.
