IDE Group Holdings plc (AIM: IDE), the mid-market network, cloud and IT Managed Services provider, announces that Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel"), a fund management company, has transferred 326,665 Ordinary Shares in IDE to an another account not controlled by Kestrel at the request of an underlying client. Max Royde, Non-Executive Director of the Company is also a co-founder of Kestrel and, for this reason, the transfer requires notification as a director's dealing.
