UMECO PLC09 June 2006 Umeco plc - Notification of changes in Directors & PDMRs interests 9 June 2006 Umeco plc announces the following changes to the interests of Directors & PDMRs in 25p ordinary shares, which result from: - exercise of options under the Umeco plc 2001 Share Option Plan - Messrs Snowdon, Beaumont, Moss and Crabtree. The exercise price for these options was 207.21p per share; - exercise of options under the SAYE share option scheme - JG Smith. The exercise price for these options was 172.73p per share; - subsequent sales of shares at 472.50p per share; and - awards of restricted shares made under the Umeco Bonus Plan. All of these transactions took place on 9 June 2006.
