Best of the Best plc, which runs competitions to win luxury prizes online and at retail locations, has been notified that, as a consequence of the share buybacks undertaken by the Company, the percentage shareholding in the Company of William Hindmarch, Chief Executive and Rupert Garton, Commercial Director has increased, as set out in the table below. Their respective beneficial shareholdings remain unchanged.
