The Company has been notified that on 19 April 2007 the following transactions occurred:
Upon the vesting and call for matching shares in respect of the 2003 awards under the royalblue group plc Share Bonus Plan Chris Aspinwall, a director of the Company, has acquired and retained 8,148 ordinary shares in the Company. Following this notification his shareholding is 809,582 shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 2.41% of the issued share capital.
Upon the vesting and call for matching shares in respect of the 2003 awards under the royalblue group plc Share Bonus Plan Andy Malpass, a director of the Company, has acquired and sold at 1184.08p per share 8,148 ordinary shares in the Company. Following this notification his shareholding is 110,970 shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.33% of the issued share capital.
Upon the vesting and call for matching shares in respect of the 2003 awards under the royalblue group plc Share Bonus Plan Stephen Barrow, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, has acquired and retained 8,148 ordinary shares in the Company. Following this notification his shareholding is 397,765 shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 1.18% of the issued share capital.
Upon the vesting and call for matching shares in respect of the 2003 awards under the royalblue group plc Share Bonus Plan Paul Stephens, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, has acquired and sold at 1184.08p per share 8,479 ordinary shares in the Company. Following this notification his shareholding is 120,880 shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.36% of the issued share capital.
Upon the vesting and call for matching shares in respect of the 2003 awards under the royalblue group plc Share Bonus Plan Martin Scanlan, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, has acquired and sold at 1184.08p per share 7,708 ordinary shares in the Company. Following this notification his shareholding is 247,809 shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.74% of the issued share capital.
Upon the vesting and call for matching shares in respect of the 2003 awards under the royalblue group plc Share Bonus Plan Mark Ames, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, has acquired 5,982 ordinary shares in the Company and sold 1,964 ordinary shares in the Company at 1184.08p per share. Following this notification his shareholding is 85,772 shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.25% of the issued share capital.
Upon the vesting and call for matching shares in respect of the 2003 awards under the royalblue group plc Share Bonus Plan Robert Thompson, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, has acquired 6,480 ordinary shares in the Company and sold 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 1184.08p per share. Following this notification his shareholding is 43,343 shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.13% of the issued share capital.
Upon the vesting and call for matching shares in respect of the 2003 awards under the royalblue group plc Share Bonus Plan Paul Nokes, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, has acquired 7,793 ordinary shares in the Company and sold 15,586 ordinary shares in the Company at 1184.08p per share. Following this notification his shareholding is 156,137 shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.46% of the issued share capital.
Ron Mackintosh, a director of the Company, has sold 10,000 shares in the Company at 1184.08p. Following this notification his shareholding is 10,000 shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.03% of the issued share capital.
The royalblue group plc Share Bonus Trust has today transferred a total of 67,092 shares in the Company to satisfy the call of vested awards and NIC hedging on vested awards in respect of the royalblue group plc Share Bonus Plan. As potential beneficiaries of the Trust, the executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility are deemed to have a potential beneficial interest in the Trust's shares.
