Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
The Administrators of the GlaxoSmithKline Executive Supplemental Savings Plan (the "Plan") notified the Company and David Pulman on 11 August 2009 of changes to his interests in Ordinary share ADRs arising from the release of 2,363.38 Ordinary share ADRs under the Plan and the resultant sale of 733.38 Ordinary share ADRs at a price of $35.26 per ADR on 30 January 2009 to meet the tax liability arising from this release.
The late notification was due to an administrative error.
This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
