Carclo plc announces that on 10 June 2010, Mr. Eric Cook, Company Secretary exercised options over 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 160p per share which he has transferred to his SIPP.

As a result of these transactions Mr Cook is interested in a total of 94,865 Ordinary Shares representing 0.15% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

Application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange will be made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange at the earliest practicable opportunity.

The number of shares in issue following this issue will be 61,441,702.
