RSA Insurance Group plc (the "Company") received notification on 3 November 2011 of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 27.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Alastair Barbour, a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
On 3 November 2011, Mr Barbour purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.084816 per share.
