The Company was notified on today Avril Palmer Baunack acquired 13,524 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at a price of 147.05 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Avril Palmer-Baunack and persons closely associated with her hold 13,839,162 1 shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.74% of the total issued shares in the Company.
