Notification of Transactions of Directors
Premier Farnell plc announces that an award of 53,034 of its ordinary shares of 5p each made in favour of Harriet Green, its Chief Executive Officer, under the terms of a Restricted Share Plan vested on 27 March 2007 and 53,034 ordinary shares in the Company have been transferred to Harriet.
The Restricted Share Plan was entered into when Harriet joined the Company in April 2006 as compensation for the loss of gifted shares granted by Harriet's former employer. Accordingly, no exercise price attached to the shares.
This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a) and section 324 (as extended by Section 328) of the Companies Act 1985.
