On 25 and 28 May 2012, RSA Insurance Group plc (the "Company") received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 27.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") by PDMRs.
On 25 May 2012, Ordinary Shares were allotted to the PDMRs listed below under the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme. Scrip entitlements are calculated using the Scrip price of 105.6p per share.
