PURCHASE OF SHARES BY ESOP TRUST
The company was notified on 19 April 2012 of dealings in its ordinary shares of 10 pence each by the Trustee of the UBM Employee Share Ownership Trust, which is a discretionary Trust for the benefit of employees (including executive directors) of the UBM group.
Date of transaction: 18 April 2012
Nature of transaction: Purchase of 250,000 shares at an average price of 603.3564p per share, with a minimum price of 600.81341p and a maximum price of 605.8308p.
The shares will be used to satisfy awards under UBM's share option and incentive plans.
Following the above transaction, the Trustee of the ESOP Trust holds a total of 671,406 shares, representing 0.27% of the company's issued share capital.
