Director/PDMR Shareholding

Synergy Health plc announces that on 7 July 2015, Niclas Olsson, pursuant to the exercise of 14,582 LTIP options, sold 6,117 of its ordinary shares at a price of 1,720 pence per share, pursuant to a trading plan entered into with Investec Bank plc on 24 June 2015.

The disposal was principally to pay the income tax liability arising to Niclas Olsson in the United States on the vesting of these LTIP options. Following the above transaction, Niclas Olsson's resultant holding has increased to 18,465, representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
