Conditional awards made under the Issuer's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")
The Issuer announces that on 15 December 2008, Ordinary 10p shares in the Issuer were conditionally awarded, at no cost, by the Trustee of the Issuer's LTIP to the Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility as set out below. The vesting of some or all of these awards is subject to the achievement of two performance conditions. Each condition will be measured for a fixed three year performance period. Vested awards must be exercised within a six month period from 15 December 2011.
