Public Service Properties Investments Limited ("the Company") Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that the following Directors of the Company and Directors of the Company's Asset Manager, RP&C International, Inc., applied for the following number of Open Offer Shares (including under the Excess Application Facility, where applicable) under the 8 for 15 Open Offer by the Company, at the Offer Price of 70 pence per share, which completed on 14 April 2010.
