Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) announces that it received notice on 27 February 2023 that Mr Noel Lamb, Chairman and PDMR of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at a price of 1920 pence per Ordinary Share, on 27 February 2023.
Following the purchase, Mr Lamb's resultant holding in the Company is 2,500 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 0.10% of RKW's issued share capital.
