The Company received notification on 31 July 2020 that David Steel, Finance Director, acquired 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12p per Ordinary Share on 31 July 2020. Following this acquisition, Mr Steel has an interest in 1,526,741 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.3 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
