Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility - Shares Sold
On 22 November 2013, Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company") received notification that Wadham Downing, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, sold 30,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company and Sara Downing, a person connected to Wadham Downing, sold 91,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company on that date, in London. The selling price was 212.7 pence per share.
