Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc ("AMS" or the "Company")
PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that on 3 April 2009, Mrs Julie Vernon sold 33,000 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 35.90 pence per share. On the same day, Dr Geoffrey Vernon, Non-executive Chairman of AMS, bought 33,000 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 36.38 pence per share.
As a result of these transactions there has been no change to the beneficial interest of Dr Vernon and his connected parties in the ordinary shares of AMS, which remains at 960,000 ordinary shares equating to 0.67 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
